Summit Government Affairs offers several Government Affairs Internships for undergraduate and graduate students. Our internships are remote. Interns come from universities all over the country and gain valuable experience in understanding how the private sector interacts with federal, state, and local government.
Internship Description
Interns will explore the world of Government Affairs and policy, while building effective communications, policy analysis, research, and writing skills. Within the program, our interns gain valuable exposure to the people and processes within the federal, state, and local government. Interns also gain experience across multiple industries within the county. The overarching goal of our internship is to provide students with real work experience.
Internship Requirements:
- A four month commitment from start date
- Work 12 - 16 hours a week, with a minimum of 4 hours per shift.
- Work a consistent schedule that falls within Monday - Friday from the hours of 6 AM - 6 PM in Mountain Standard Time.
